Eliot M. Solomon serves as Wisdom’s managing partner and chief architect. His years of experience with authorization techniques and technology make him uniquely qualified to lead the creation of Wisdom’s solutions for business authorization.
For nearly 30 years, Eliot has specialized in Financial Services data security, compliance and governance solutions. His portfolio includes leadership roles in leading financial institutions including SIAC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan Chase. While at the New York Stock Exchange, Eliot led the transformation of the trading floor from paper to electronic trading. As an independent consultant, Eliot focused on IT architecture with a specialization in middleware and security architecture, with an emphasis on interoperation between and among Securities Industry firms.
Eliot’s diverse background and experience as a Developer, System and Network Architect, Data Architect, Global Markets Operations leader, Director of Product Development, Distinguished Technologist, inventor and prolific writer positions him as an industry visionary.
He has received recognition for his publications and presentations including Managers Guide to Data Privacy, Managers Guide to Information Security, Creating Trust in the Securities Industry and Financial and Market Models of IT Security Risk. For his work on “Windows on the World: 2D Windows for 3D Augmented Reality,” Eliot received a UIST Lasting Impact Award.
Jonathan “Jon” Fiebach brings with him his nearly thirty years of financial services industry experience.
Jon is an established financial services executive with expertise in building businesses. Because of Jon’s ability to create and implement forward-thinking strategies, he has consistently built and managed successful high-performance teams.
As Associate Director at Susquehanna International Group, Jon built and managed the fixed income trading business, which included their municipal bond department — one of the most active desks in the business. While at SIG, Jon was also in charge of fixed income technology ventures and, as an early of adapter of trading technology, was in charge of SIG’s investments into multiple electronic bond execution platforms.
In 2002, Jon launched Duration Capital Management, a hedge fund company with peak AUM in excess of $700 million. Recently, Jon has been consulting and managing money at Main Point Advisors Inc., a company he founded in 2013. Jon was seed investor and business advisor for Famehouse LLC, a digital marketing company, which was sold to SFX Entertainment in 2013.
Jon is a co-author of The Handbook of Municipal Bonds.
Philip J. Phillips’ almost four decades of experience in the financial services industry helps Wisdom develop its sales and marketing strategies. Phil’s experience as a business (non-technical) participant in complex transactions give him special insight into how Wisdom’s solutions can directly improve the business problems currently not addressed by identity and access management technologies.
Phil began his career on Wall Street as a municipal bond underwriter and trader at Merrill Lynch, where he was VP, head of a trading desk, as well as a senior national underwriter. Phil spent the second half of his career in asset management. Phil was Partner at Sanford C. Bernstein. When Bernstein merged to become AllianceBernstein, Phil became SVP of National Institutional Sales and Managing Director and Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales. Among his many responsibilities, Phil managed the firm’s middle market institutional sales team, was a senior large market institutional client advisor, and was a SVP and Principal in the Boston Private Client practice. Phil also held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Institutional Asset Management, where he focused on corporate pension plans.
In retirement, Phil spends his time supporting causes he believes in and investing in promising start-ups. Phil serves as chair of the investment committee for Holy Cross Family Ministries and is a member of the investment committee for Youth Build.
